next to the actual diagnosis and treatment of a medical condition, the most important part of total patient care is the service provided by staff beginning with the first person they speak to at the office either on the phone or in person. a review from the patient’s perspective is generally helpful in making sure the patient feels at ease with the choices they made for medical care. for example, studies have found that if a patient leaves because of poor service it will cost $10,000.00 to get them back, if you do.
i have many years of experience and training in customer service and can review the overall experience from the patient’s perspective. this would include phone calls, greeting by the receptionist/front desk personnel, back office care and check out.
